Q&A answer team members can close questions once they've been answered, so no further correspondence is allowed in the thread. Question correspondences can be closed singly or in bulk. 

Project admins assigned to a question team can also close answered questions if they're in the same workflow and workflow level as the question. Unanswered questions can be closed by admins on a question team at any point, regardless of workflow level.

How to close and re-open questions in bulk:

  1   From the Q&A tab, access the Question List.

  2   Select questions to be closed via the corresponding check box in the left-most column.

  3   In the 'Actions' pane, click Close Question(s).

  4   Confirm your choice by clicking Close Question again.

  5   Closed questions can be re-opened using the same selection process and choosing Re-open Questions in the 'Actions' pane.

Questions can be closed and re-opened singly from within an 'Answer Questions' window by clicking the Open/Close Question field in the Actions side pane, and selecting Open or Close.

Any answer team member or question team admin can close/re-open any answered question. Answer team members must have access to corresponding workflow categories to close/re-open questions in an 'Unanswered' or 'In Progress' status.
