InformationBodyPlaceholders reside in your document index structure and are represented by a circular icon. Placeholders are temporary items, intended to inhabit the space of a folder or file to be posted at a later time. To create a placeholder: 1 From within the Documents tab, navigate to the desired folder in the Index navigation pane. 2 Click the folder icon to display contents in the main content pane. 3 In the toolbar, click Add. 4 Choose Add Placeholder. 5 Enter one or multiple placeholder names. 6 Click Add.The new placeholder appears in the next available index position.
