To configure inbox permissions: 1 Go to the Inbox tab. 2 Click Inbox Permissions in the upper right. 3 Choose the desired radio button. Select between: Active, registered usersActive, registered users and approved senders below By selecting this option you can type or paste email addresses into an available field Anyone By selecting Anyone you acknowledge and agree that anyone with the inbox email address may forward messages into the inbox and that it is your responsibility to evaluate the risk of such before selecting it. 4 Click Save. Forward Emails to the Inbox To forward emails to the project Inbox: 1 Within the Inbox of your Pipeline project, select Copy Inbox Address to copy the project forwarding address. 2 In your email application e.g. Outlook, choose Forward for the email you would like to send to the project Inbox. 3 Paste the project address into the 'To' field. 4 Choose Send. 5 Navigate to Inbox. The forwarded message appears here. A good practice is to create a contact in your email application for easy forwarding. Add Emails to Activity Trackers 1 Click on an email. 2 Fill out the 'Tracker Information' form. 3 Click Add Email To Activity Tracker.The email is deleted and the activity appears as part of the selected activity tracker listed in the Trackers tab.
