The Pipeline and Acquire dashboards allow you to create visual elements in graphical form (tables, charts, etc.) that update dynamically, reflecting project activity. These elements provide 'at-a-glance' information allowing you to monitor your Pipeline and Acquire projects.

You may create as many dashboards as desired, and permission them to be public (available to all users) or restricted to specific users or teams. Dashboards in Acquire projects can be copied to other Acquire projects, saving time and effort. To copy an Acquire dashboard into a new Acquire project, go to Settings > Copy From a Project (choose from available existing Acquire projects via the dropdown menu) > Dashboards, then select the dashboard you want to copy into the project.

Dashboard creation consists of two steps:

  1   Create a dashboard.
  2   Add widgets.

Create a Dashboard

To create a dashboard:

  1   From within the Dashboard tab, click Create New Dashboard.
  2   Select Add Dashboard. Either choose Start from scratch or select from Dashboard templates with preselected widgets. If you choose a template, select a Tracker to use as data for the Dashboard.
  3   Click Continue.
  4   Name your dashboard and press Enter. If you chose a template you can choose to rename it by clicking Rename, typing a new name, and pressing Enter.

Your dashboard is now created. The next step is to populate it with widgets to display desired data.


Add Widgets
  1   From within the desired dashboard, click Add Widget from the top or middle of the page .
  2   Select the desired widget type and click Continue.
  3   Name your widget.
  4   Some widgets automatically populate (Login History, for example), but most of them pull data from a Tracker.
  5   Select a tracker.
  6   Optionally, select a saved view.
  7   Select columns and filters based on the type of data you would like to display 
  8   Click Done.

Widgets can be edited or deleted by clicking the cog icon  on the top right corner. Use icons in the upper right of each widget to edit/delete, expand, duplicate, export, or rearrange (via drag and drop) widgets on your dashboard.

The set of available widgets varies in Pipeline and Acquire.
