InformationBodyThere are a variety of tools that you can utilize to arrange project content. Common changes include moving folders or files. You have several options to move files, detailed below. To move folders or files from within the Documents tab: 1 In the left Index panel, click on the fileroom or parent folder containing the items you'd like to move. 2 In the main content panel, select the items that you would like to move by clicking on the associated check boxes. Note: You can only choose one destination folder per move. If selecting several items to move at once, all items will be moved into the same destination folder. Moving several items to various locations requires a separate move action for each new destination. 3 In the top options bar, click Modify > Move. 4 In the Move popup, choose a location to move the folder to. 5 Select to either 'Maintain current permissions settings', 'Inherit destination permissions settings', or 'Set to hidden'. 6 Verify the permissions displayed are correct; click Move.Note: The moved items take the next available index number slots within the new location. You can reorder content within the main content panel via drag and drop. From within the Documents tab: 1 In the left navigation panel, click the fileroom or folder you'd like to work within, so the contents appear in the main content panel. 2 Hover over a row to display a waffle on the left. 3 Click and drag the waffle up and down to the desired location within the folder.
