How do I reorder folders or documents?

Items can be reordered via drag and drop.

 

  1. Go to the Documents tab.
  2. Hover over a row to display a waffle on the left.
  3. Staying within the center pane, click and drag the waffle up or down to the new location. 
  4. Release the mouse button at the desired location. Text for the index item(s) will be grayed out so you can see where they will potentially land.


Tick multiple checkboxes to move and reorder multiple items. The order they are selected will determine their new order.

Dragging an item(s) over a folder turns that row dark blue and starts the Move process. 

If automatic indexing is on, the index numbers will update.
