One option for getting questions answered is to connect with a product support specialist via a Chat conversation. Representatives are available to answer your questions and help you with any tasks that you need to complete within your project.
 

Chat is accessible whenever our Chat Representatives are available (currently 24/5 Monday to Friday Central Time). 
 

To use Chat:

  1   Click Chat located in the upper right of your screen. A chat window appears notifying you that you are being connected to a representative. 

  2   After you connect with a representative, type your question or request into the text area at the bottom of the chat window. Click the Send button to communicate your message to the representative.

  3   To exit the chat, click on the End Chat button.

Chat windows time out after 10 minutes of inactivity. A warning prompt displays after six minutes notifying you that your chat will timeout in four minutes if there is no activity. If your chat window does time out, simply select Chat again from the Help menu, but be aware that you may be connected to a new representative and you might have to reiterate your question within the chat window.

When your chat session has been completed, you'll be sent a transcript of the conversation via email.
 

Troubleshooting:

If you are unable to access the chat feature, it may be getting blocked by your company's firewall. Have your IT Team safelist the following URL: salesforceliveagent.com.
