To resend an invitation:

1. Navigate to Users.
2. Select the check box(es) associated with the user(s) for whom you'd like to resend invitations.
3. Click More Actions in the upper options toolbar.
4. Select Send/Resend Invitation.
5. Click Send.

Note: If an invitation is being blocked by the recipient's spam filter or firewall, choose the 'Generate manual invitation link' option within the Send / Resend Invitations modal. This allows you to send the link to the recipient using your personal email, or any other form of communication that the recipient can receive. Using this option assumes the invitation will be sent, and user status updates to 'Invited'.

After logging in, the recipient should reference Safelisting Datasite Email to ensure further alerts and system-generated communications are received.
