To update languages settings in Google Chrome on a Mac:

   1   Click on the three vertical dot (options) menu in top right of browser window.

  2   Select Settings.

  3   Click Languages.

  4   Select Add Languages.

  5   Select the desired language.

  6   Click Add.

  7   Click on the options menu to the right of the added language (represented by three vertical dots).

  8   Select Move to the Top; language must be at top of preference list.

  9   Choose Display Google Chrome in this language.

  10   Re-launch browser.
