The Index List button is located to the upper right in the Documents tab. This list is available to both project admins and reviewers and displays project content based on various filterable criteria.

Click Index List to open the report. Filters appear atop columns and content is displayed in the main panel.


Filters include:
 

• Role - For project admins only; choose a role to display content available to that role
• Location - If your project contains more than one fileroom, the default display shows them all; use this filter to confine your display to a particular fileroom
• Type - All available file types in your project are shown; choose any combination to limit your display by file type
• Status - For project admins only; select both published and unpublished to display all content
  • Published - Shows published and partially published content
  • Unpublished - Shows unpublished content only
• Read/Unread - Easily find unread content
• Date Available - Choose a date range based on when files were uploaded (project admins) or made available for viewing (reviewers)

If searching for a particular folder or file by title, use the search function located in the upper right corner of the report.


Attributes of the main content panel include:
 

• An expanded index view, based on filtered criteria
• Permissions for the role in the Access column
• Ability to export the report as .xlsx
• Clickable file title links; select a title to open the file in the secure document viewer
• Sortable Date Available column, click the column head to sort by date
  • When using column sorting only files and placeholders display
  • As a best practice, if you have more than one fileroom, combine a fileroom filter when sorting by date; duplicate index numbers from several filerooms can co-exist sorted by date (not fileroom)
  • When exporting an Index list sorted by date, filerooms and folders are included
