Can users keep access to Q&A but not be able to ask any more questions?

  1. Go to the Q&A tab.
  2. Click Q&A Settings at the top right.
  3. Click Q&A Teams.
  4. Select a Question Team on the left.
  5. Toggle off Question Submission.  



The change happens instantly. Users in this Question Team will be able to draft new questions but not submit them.
