I launched the dataroom and the external reviewers can't see any documents. How do I make them available?

There could be a few reasons why your reviewers can't see your documents.

Usually, either the documents aren't published or the permissions are set to hidden.


To publish content:

  1. Click the empty checkbox next to a folder, file, or fileroom.
  2. Select Modify > Publish/Unpublish.
  3. Click Publish.

To verify permissions aren't set to hidden:

  1. Go to the Permissions tab.
  2. Click on the checkbox next to the relevant role on the right.
  3. Review permissions on the left. If there is a red dot next to a file, folder, or fileroom, it is hidden to that role.
