How can I change the category of a question in Q&A?

The category of a question can be changed:
 

  • By a Question Team member before submitting the question to the Answer Team
  • By an Answer Team member in that workflow group, before submitting the answer to the Question Team


To change a category:

  1. Open a question.
  2. Click the Category field.
  3. Select a new category.
  4. The category is instantly updated.


When changing a question category: if the workflow changes, the question will be sent to Level 1 of the new workflow. If the workflow doesn't change the question stays at the same level.
