How do I download archives after closing my project?

You can download the zip archives that you created previously. The downloadable archive zip files appear in the Downloads section of Shortcuts in the Documents tab of open projects for 30 days after their creation.




To access them after you have closed your project:
 

  1. Go to the Projects page.
  2. Click View Downloads in the project panel. 
  3. Select the archive you want to download. You may need to download multiple zip files to receive reports and the content of the Sandbox. 
  4. This option is available for thirty [30] days after your project's closure.
