How do I use the Inbox in Diligence, Prepare, or Acquire?

  1. Open the Settings tab.
  2. In the Inbox card, click the gear icon.
  3. Under Inbox Permissions, choose the toggle for
    • Active, registered users
    • Active, registered users and approved senders below
    • Anyone
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click Copy Inbox Address and paste into the To: field of an email. 
  6. Attach documents to the email and send them to the project.


Notes:

  • Sent files appear in the Documents tab > Shortcuts > Inbox
  • Only Project Admins can see the Inbox and manage the uploaded contents
  • Documents in the Inbox are not billable
  • Only attachments are sent to the Inbox, not the email's text and subject line
