How do I restrict access to a Dashboard?

  1. From the Dashboard tab, go to a relevant dashboard.
  2. Click Permissions.
  3. Toggle Restrict Access.
  4. Click the cog icon.
  5. Select the relevant users and/or teams who should have access to this specific dashboard.
  6. Click Done. 

By default, all Project Admins have access to all dashboards even if they were not granted access to specific dashboards. 

Users who are not Project Admins will only be able to view a dashboard they were granted access to if the role they are invited to has at least View permission for the Dashboard Feature Access.
