If you are a Project Admin and the project was closed without ordering media within the last 30 days contact us.

  1. Provide a reason for reopening and the time period needed. 
  2. All active users will again have access to the project after it is reopened.
  3. When you have completed running your reports, you will need to close the project again in the Settings tab.
