1. Go to the Documents tab.
2. Tick the checkbox to select a file.
3. Click Modify.
4. Select Redact.
5. Highlight the text that needs to be redacted or draw areas using the Area option at the top left. You can also search for a term to redact by clicking Search on the right side.
6. Toggle Preview to see what reviewers will see.
7. Click Redaction Marks when ready.

 

Alternatively, you can close a document after step 4 and a drafted redaction is saved in the Redaction tab. 

 

By filtering for a Draft status, you can confirm redactions in bulk; or you can open files individually and confirm redactions from there.
