Ideally, we should assist you with completing a rebuild.

In order for us to help with the rebuild, follow the steps below to transfer the content to us:

First, we recommend uploading the compressed archive folders included on your USB archive to the Sandbox, keeping them as compressed archives. On upload you will have an option to choose the following. Be sure to choose Keep as Zip.

• Maintain Folder Structure
• Files Only
• Keep as Zip

In addition, please upload the Index List document located in a compressed file with Reports in its title.

If the compressed archive is over 2 GB, we recommend that the archive is split into smaller sections to ensure the upload is successful. Instructions on how to do this using 7-Zip are included below:

1. Right-click on the archive file, hover over 7-Zip, and select the option called "Add to Archive..."
2. Within the screen that appears, keep the name the same and change the archive format to ".zip" if it's not already selected.
3. On the left side, towards the bottom of the screen, locate "Split to volumes, bytes:"
4. Select 1000M from the dropdown menu.
5. Press OK.

After completion, your archive should now be split into 1000 MB sections with the naming convention "[Archive Name].zip.001". Upload all the files to the Sandbox of your project and then notify us that it has been completed.

Contact us after you have finished the above steps with your request to rebuild your project.
