InformationBodyDatasite Archive allows you to save an online archive of your current Diligence project at any given time. To create a new archive from within your project, follow the steps below: Go to the Archives tab.Click Request Archive.Click Set up Archive.Select a recipient for your archive. If you are not the recipient, you can add yourself as an additional recipient on the next step. The recipients can invite others to access the archive after creation.Click Next. Select Datasite Archive Type: By Fileroom: Select filerooms to be included in the archive, from the 'Filerooms' field. This option is only available to project admins. (No audit reports are generated via this method.)By Role* - Project Admin: Select the role from the 'Role' field. Roles determine content. Selecting 'Project Admin' copies all content to the Archive, and also creates an 'Archive Reports' fileroom in the Online Archive. By Role* - Any other role: When selecting a user role the archive contains only the content that is visible to that particular role, and the audit reports fileroom contains only an Index report. Name your archive.Click Next.Check the box next to I accept - I have read, understand and agree to the conditions.Click Create Archive - The Online Archive Project is created and the invited user/s receive an Invitation via email. *NOTE: When creating an Archive project by role, the role name appears in the automatically-generated comfort letter when the Archive project is created.
