How do I know which users or roles have upload rights?

Project Admins and any active user in a Manage Permissions role can perform these actions to change the content:

  • Upload
  • Move
  • Copy
  • Rename
  • Move to recycle bin (or, in the case where they have access to the Sandbox, delete).

 

In the Permissions tab, you can see the difference in the icon for each role. A gear wheel mean that users in this role can upload and manage content in at least one folder.

If you want to check which users are in a specific role click the options menu for that role and select View Assigned Users.
