How do I freeze my project?

Any project admin can freeze the project, but only we can unfreeze it for you.

Freezing a project renders the entire project read-only. It prohibits not only changes to content, but also interaction with permissions, Q&A, and users.
 

  1. Within the project, open the Settings tab.
  2. Click Lock/Freeze project. If you have files requiring attention or processing you'll be directed to resolve them.
  3. Toggle Freeze project.
  4. Click Confirm freeze.
  5. Download the Freeze Letter for your records. It shows the date and time of freeze and who requested the freeze.
