How do I find who uploaded a specific document in Diligence?

  1. Go to the Documents tab.
  2. Tick a checkbox to select an item.
  3. Access the More Actions > Document History > Change History. The last 90 days of document history display.

If the file was uploaded longer than 90 days prior the upload event does not display. Click View More in Analytics and filter the type of change by selecting Upload. Click the 'Update' button to the upper right to display results.

 

If you have a Prepare project it must be converted to Diligence to have the Analytics feature. Contact your Sales rep to start conversion.
