How do I bulk import answers to Q&A?

  1. Go to the Q&A tab.
  2. Click Import. 
  3. In the dialog window, select the Answers section. 
  4. Click Download to export the full list of unanswered questions. If you have a filter applied to your list of unanswered questions, you can select the "Filtered list only" option.
  5. Populate the template with the relevant answers.
  6. Save the template.
  7. Go back to Import > Answers.
  8. Click Choose File.
  9. Select the file and click Import

All answers will be imported as editable draft and are available in the "In Progress" column.
