How do I find the current page count and size in GB or MB of a project?

The total page count is only visible to admins. Non-PDF pages are measured by file size in bytes.

If you are a Project Admin, here are the steps to see the number of pages in your project:

  1. Go to the Documents tab. 
  2. Select all filerooms.
  3. The page count and size in MB or GB appears in the attributes row at the bottom of the index.
  4. Documents in the Recycle Bin also contribute to the total page count and size in MB or GB of a project.
    Do the same as above for the Recycle Bin.
  5. Add them together.*
     
*If your project has a Sandbox and you would like to review those content totals separately while in the Documents Tab:
  1. Select the Staging Folder.
  2. Choose the check box in the header row to select all items in the sandbox.
  3. Both the page count and size in MB or GB appear in the attributes row at the bottom of the index.
