How do I enable Q&A?

  1. Go to the Q&A tab.
  2. Click Setup Q&A.
In order to launch the Q&A you will, at a minimum, need to:
  • Add a user to the Answer Team
  • Add a user to a Question Team
  • Click Launch Q&A on the Overview page
During the setup, the in-app messaging will guide you, and the setup video on the Overview page will help you as well.
