Can users see who else is on the project?

Non-Project Admin users are unable to see other users on the project. 

There are a few exceptions:

Users tab > Feature Access: Reviewers with Manage Permissions can be granted access to the Users tab which allows them to see all users and their information. 

Q&A Teams: Users can see the names of all other members of their team (not their email addresses).
