From within the Documents tab:

 

1. Tick checkboxes for files and folders.
2. Click Download.
3. Choose the format of the item names.
4. Depending on the selection size either the download is available or if the content is larger than 4GB or contains more than 100 documents, a zip file is made in the background and becomes available in the Downloads shortcut on the left. It only contains downloads selected and prepared by you. Each zip file is available for 30 days.
5. If your download selection contains files or folders with long names it will present issues with Windows™ character limits when extracting the zip. You are prompted to choose a method of shortening the file paths, see Downloading - Windows File Path Limitations. 
6. Click Download.

Folder and file structure is maintained in the downloaded content.

 

From within the Index List:

 

1. Filter for a selection using the column headers.
2. Click Download.
3. If you have a filter enabled, choose whether you want to download All items, or the Filtered items only and click Next.
4. Choose the format of the item names.
5.
