How do I close one or multiple questions?

To prevent the Question Team from asking follow-up questions, you can close the questions either after submitting the reply or even before that. The Answer Team can keep drafting answers and submit these to the next levels. The approver can unlock the question, submit the answer and then close the question again.

To close one question:

  1. From within a question, click on the Open / Close Question field in the Actions pane on the right.
  2. Select Close.
  3. Confirm by clicking on Close Question.

Closed questions will be indicated with a padlock symbol in the Question List.

Bulk Closing Questions:

From within the Question List close multiple questions by ticking checkboxes on the left and then clicking Close Questions in the pane on the right.
