How do I check the published status of my files?/ How can I filter for unpublished files?

  1. Go to the Documents tab.
  2. Look for the Status column.
  • Published means that all content within a folder is published or a file is published
  • Partially Published means some content in the folder is published and some is unpublished. Applies to folders only
  • Unpublished means that all content in the folder is not yet published or a file is unpublished

 


Filtering for published status with the Index List:

 

  1. Go to the Documents tab.
  2. On the right side click on Index List.
  3. Click the funnel icon in the status column.
  4. Select Published or Not Published.



Check for published status while doing permissions:

 

  1. Go to the Permissions tab.
  2. Click Attributes on the right.
  3. Tick the checkbox for Status.
  4. Click Roles on the right.
  5. Review the content permissions for roles.
