You can either assign a question for the next workflow to:

  1. one specific user.
  2. all members of the next workflow group.

 

When submitting a question to the next level, you can leave an internal comment specifying who should take ownership of the question.

It is only visible to the workflow team. When an answer is submitted back to a Question team, the internal comment is not visible.
