How do I Select contacts as Primary and have secondary contact(s) CC’d on emails in Outreach?

  1. Go to the Details tab.
  2. Click the Email sub-tab.
  3. Under the Default email Recipient section tick the checkbox for Only Include primary contacts in the “To” field. This setting option can also be found on the top right side of the screen when you create an email draft by clicking Set Default Recipients.
  4. Go to the Tracker tab.
  5. Expand the company by selecting the arrow ( >) under this section.
  6. Click the Contacts sub-tab.
  7. In the Primary column select the star to make a contact primary.
