What is the difference between an Account Admin vs a Contributor in Outreach?

Account Admin rights and capabilities:

  • Can create new projects
  • Able to see and edit any single project within an Instance
  • Access to the Admin Console
  • Invite and Manage Account Contributors and other Account Admins
  • Access to Company History Dashboard and Admin Dashboard

Account Contributor rights and capabilities:

  • Can create new projects
  • Able to see and edit the projects in which they are active
  • No access to the Admin Console
  • Invite users to a Deal Team that already exist in the Account

Access to Analytics can be changed, with prior Account Admin approval, to allow Contributors to have access to the Admin Dashboard tab and Analytics.

 

The Admin console has information regarding Outreach role options. When adding/inviting users to the Instance, Account Admins can see the permission levels for each role, see below.
