Users in a role with Revoke Access Control can view content online as expected.

 

When they download a document for the first time with Revoke Access Control the following message will appear:

 

To download a file, they'll need to click Access Online.
This downloads it as an .html file like the example below:  



When they open a file with RAC for the first time, they'll select a browser to open the downloaded file.

Next, they'll see a message in their browser, asking whether the file should be opened or, if they want to install the Seclore Plug-In.



The first time they click on the blue button to continue with the Web View they are prompted to enter their email address for verification.



After a successful login through the Datasite login page, they can access all the files that they have been granted permissions to, for the duration of the session. 

The files will open in a secured tab with a red lock symbol, shown below.
