How can reviewers see all questions of their Question Team but not be able to submit questions?

If you want a group of bidders to be able to see all questions asked by their team members, you can add further workflow levels in the Question Team Workflow.

A user can only be part of one Question Team or one Answer Team, but they can belong to multiple workflow groups.

1. In Q&A Settings under Q&A Teams add all users of the same bidder group to a Question Team.

2. In Workflow, set the Question Team at Level 1 workflow (this should happen per default).

3. Click on Edit and create a New Workflow Group. This time, only add users who should be able to ask questions.

4. Add the second workflow group as workflow Level 2 and save the changes by clicking on Done.

Now, all users in Level 1 will be able to see all questions but only users in Level 2 will be able to submit new questions.

Second Level Question Team Workflow

Even though Question Team members at the first level can draft questions, they can only submit these to the second level of the workflow and not to the Answer Team. Only the last level of the workflow can review and submit drafted questions to the Answer Team.
