How can I view my chat history?

Click here to access your chat transcript history. 

Alternatively, you can select Get Assistance from the top menu in the Datasite Assist® support portal and select Chat History in the dropdown.

Here, you will be able to see a list of your chat sessions. Select one and click Next to view the transcript.
