If you need to see what a user with a different role can view, or download or export content exactly as they would, you can temporarily switch your view to that specific role. To do this, follow the steps below:

 

 

1. Go to the Documents tab.
2. In the upper‑right, click Index List.
3. In the upper‑right, click the role selector, it usually displays Project Admin by default.
4. Select the role you want to view the content as.
5. Your view updates to match the permissions and content visibility of that role.

After choosing the role, you are able to View, Download, and Export documents exactly as a user within that role.
