How do I manage bulk download access for a role?

Bulk download access is controlled at the role level through Feature Access. The Download multiple files at once setting determines whether users in a role can bulk download content. Users can only download content they otherwise have permission to access.

Go to Permissions.
Select Feature Access.
Select the role you want to review.
Find Download multiple files at once. Select the checkbox to allow bulk downloads, or clear it to prevent bulk downloads.
Click Save.
