How can I see a list of files linked to an answer or question within the Q&A?

  1. Click Export in the Q&A tab > Dashboard.
  2. Select All Questions & Answers. Optionally, select include FAQs.
  3. Click Export.

The last column 'Document Links' shows you all files that have been linked.

Documents attached to individual questions are displayed when users view that question provided they have permission to access the document.
