Getting email files with attachments ready for uploading

Email files with or without attachments automatically upload as 'Download Only' files, so there's no special preparation needed before uploading. However, if you would like the contents to display in the Datasite viewer, and be able to set permissions other than 'download', you can:
  • Save the contents of the email as a PDF and upload this file separately.
  • Save any attachments and upload them subsequently in the index.
