To download files without any folder structure, you can use 7-Zip to extract the download with the Path mode option set to 'No pathnames'. This will give you all the files without folders. To download all files as PDFs, the Admin(s) can enable Watermarked PDF downloads for you which means all files except Excels will download as a Watermarked PDF instead of native format.
