How do I access the Mobile App? What system requirements are necessary?

The Datasite Mobile App can be used to view project documents on an iPad, iPhone, or Android device. Project admins can also manage reviewers from within the app.

For Apple devices, the app requires iOS version 12 or higher, an iPhone 6 or higher, or iPad generation 3 or higher.  
 

Installing the Datasite mobile app

To install the app:

Use the QR code to access the App Store or Google Play store and install the app.



OR

  1   Access the App Store on your Apple device, or the Google Play store on your Android device.

  2   Find the app in the store:

• Tap the 'Search' field
• Search for 'datasite'

  3   Locate the app in the search results.

  4   Tap the app to open the application details window

  5   Tap Get.

  6   Tap Install.

  7   Tap Done.

Log in to the app using the same username and password you use to access the web application. Upon your first login, you'll be prompted to enable FaceID or fingerprint scan if desired, depending upon what your device supports.

Dark Mode

You might prefer to view the Datasite Mobile app in dark mode. Dark mode darkens the viewing background and can prevent eye strain when ambient light is low. To view in dark mode:

On iOS devices, go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Dark. On Android, options vary depending on the device, but all start with accessing Settings. Note that on Android devices, this feature might alternatively be called 'Night Mode' or 'Dark Theme.'
