Choose whether 'Deal team only' or 'Anyone' is allowed to forward emails into the Inbox (see Forwarding permissions)Each project within an instance has its own unique email addressEmails from Outlook or Gmail can be forwarded into the project inbox, then can be converted into an activity Forwarding permissions By default, only the project's deal team is permitted to forward emails into the Inbox. To allow anyone to forward emails into the Inbox, a Deal Team member can: 1 Navigate to Details. 2 Pick Email tab. 3 Within 'Forwarding Permissions' section, choose 'Anyone' via radio button. A Project Updated alert indicates autosave. Forward emails to the Inbox To forward emails from your email client into your project Inbox: 1 Within the Inbox of your Outreach project, select Copy Inbox Address to copy the project forwarding address. 2 In Outlook or Gmail, forward the email you would like to send to the project's Inbox. 3 Paste the project address into the 'To' field. We recommend saving your project's inbox address as a contact for easy reference. 4 Choose Send. 5 In your project, go to the Inbox. The forwarded message appears here. To convert the inbound email to an activity 1 Click on an email on the left to display the Add Activity form. 2 Fill out the Add Activity form. The required fields are: Select BuyerDateTimeActivity TypeSome NDA activity types prompt a required 'Round' field. 3 Choose Save.The email is removed from the list on the left and deleted and the activity appears as part of the company record listed in the Tracker tab.
