InformationBodyDefault activities by stage Activities help Outreach users track and record interactions with companies. Activities are grouped into stages and are able to be renamed and hidden in Outreach Settings. In addition to the default activities listed below there are 15 customizable activities. The default activities by stage are: Outreach Buyer AddedInitial Contact Teaser Teaser Sent NDA Teaser and NDA SentNDA SentNDA ReceivedNDA SignedCounter Signed NDA Sent CIM CIM SentCIM and IOI Process Letter Sent Bids IOI Process Letter SentIOI Bid ReceivedRevised Bid ReceivedLOI Process Letter SentLOI Bid Received Management Meetings Management Presentation VDR Added to VDR Other Buyer ContactDeclinedRemovedOn Hold Add activities to a project Add activities in bulkAdd one activity to one companyDownload email drafts (see Outbound Email)Associate activities with forwarded emails (see Inbound Email) Add one activity to one company Navigate to the project's Tracker tab.Select + Activity within the row of the desired company to open the 'Add New Activity' panel. Another way to open this panel is to select the blue company name in the grid, and then click + Add Buyer Activity. Amend the panel information as needed. Date, Time, and Activity Type are required fields. Some activity types like Declined, or activities in the NDA and Bids stages have additional required fields. Choose Save. Edit or delete activities In the Tracker tab, use one of these methods to display the company's activities: Click the arrow next to the company name.Click the company name. Click the pencil icon for the activity. The Edit Buyer Activity panel opens. Change the information as needed.
