InformationBodyUpdate multiple company records within a project quickly by adding activities in bulk. In addition to the steps below, you can add activities in bulk by creating email drafts. To learn more about what activities are available, see Activities. Depending on your project's Prospect Type the language of the options change. Buyer is the default type. To modify go to Details > Project Profile > Prospect Type and choose: Buyer, Creditor, Lender, or Investor.To add activities in bulk in Outreach: 1 Within the project's Tracker tab, select one or more company names via checkbox. 2 Pick Bulk Activities (X). The number in parentheses reflects the number of company names selected 3 Choose Add Activities, Decline Buyers, or Remove Buyers. If Add Activities is selected, 'Initial Contact' displays as the default Activity TypeIf Decline Buyers is selected, 'Declined' displays as the default Activity Type and 'Not An Industry Focus' displays as the default Declined ReasonIf Remove Buyers is selected, a confirmation appears. If no activities have been created for a company click Remove. This only removes them from the project and these companies still reside in the global Companies list. If the company has associated activities delete them prior to removal. See Activities to learn how to delete activities 4 Amend the information as needed. Date, Time, and Activity Type are required fields. Some activity types like Declined, or activities in the NDA and Bids stages have additional required fieldsRemove a company by clicking the blue x to the right of its name.
