This article discusses dashboard elements (widgets) that might be of particular interest to Acquire project users. However, if you have yet to create your Acquire dashboard setup and configuration, please reference Creating Pipeline and Acquire Dashboards in conjunction with the material below. The dashboard appears by default upon accessing your project.

To view your dashboard after having navigated to another area of your project, select the Dashboard tab.

Your dashboard is specific to you and is designed to display project information at a glance. 

Your dashboard is comprised of widgets. You may choose any number of widgets to configure. Some widgets that Acquire users have found useful include: 

• Findings
• Milestones
• Login History
• Document Updates
• Mentions
• Comments

Findings

The Findings panel displays status of all Findings, organized by Teams and priority.
Statuses include:

• Open
• In Progress
• Closed

Priorities include:

• High
• Medium
• Low

To access findings directly from this panel, click the number associated with a priority, within the team listing. To filter the panel view, select one of the three choices beside the donut chart, under Finding Status.

Milestones

The Milestones panel allows you to display significant events or goals to be met, or occurring during the life of your project. View access to milestones is granted by role in Permissions > Feature Access, under the 'Dashboard' heading, while creation and editing of milestones is reserved for project administrators only.

To create a new milestone, click Add Milestone at the bottom of the Milestones widget panel.

Login History

The Login History panel displays users who haven't logged in by default. Filter by user or last recorded login using the arrows above each column displayed in the widget panel.

Document Updates

The Document Updates panel displays activity that has taken place in the timeframe selected via the dropdown timeframe selector in the top area of the panel:

• Documents - Displays recent document activity taken by project administration (new documents, moves, copies, renames, replacements, etc.). To access items from the panel click the linked fileroom, folder, or file name displayed below the item title. You'll be taken to the file location in the Documents tab.

Mentions

The Mentions panel displays activity that has taken place in the timeframe selected via the dropdown timeframe selector in the top area of the panel:

• Mentions - Displays private comments you've been tagged on (@mention), and all public comments within the timeframe. To review comments from this panel, click linked text. The file opens, and comments can be selected for review/reply.

 

Comments

The Comments panel allows users to easily access and interact with tracker comments that need their attention, without having to navigate through multiple trackers.

• Comments - Can be filtered for comment type (my comments, all comments, etc) and sorted by date. Reply to the comment from the Comment panel or click "open row" to open the tracker row the comment is in.
