Admins can copy some elements from Acquire, Diligence, Prepare, Pipeline and Online Archive projects into their current Acquire, Diligence, or Prepare project, provided they are admins on both. Elements that can be copied include:

• Folder Structures - Folders only (not content)
• Trackers - See below for additional information
• Dashboards - Acquire only
• Finding Types - Acquire only
• Milestones - Acquire only
• Teams - Team name only
• Roles - Role name, download options, and feature access settings
• Users - Users copy into the destination project as drafted user invitations

Not all elements shown above can be copied between all projects (for example, Finding Types and Milestones can be copied from an Acquire project to an Acquire project, but not to a Diligence or Prepare project, since Diligence and Prepare do not utilize those features).

Copied trackers contain all information from the original tracker, with the exception of items within trackers that are specific to the source project, including:
 

• Permissions (which roles can manage, edit, or view trackers); copied trackers are public until permissions are applied
• Links to documents
• Links to findings
• Filters/groupings

To copy from one project to another, 

  1   Click Settings.

  2   In the Copy from a Project card, click the gear icon.

  3   Click into the 'Add data from' field to display a list of projects containing trackers that can be copied into the current project.

  4   Choose the element you want to work within (trackers, roles, users, etc.).

  5   Select the item you'd like to copy. If selections are grayed out, they have already been copied into the project. Trackers are never grayed out since you can create multiple duplicates of the same tracker.

  6   Click Begin Copy. The copy begins and completes automatically, unless the source project requires acceptance of the project disclaimer. In that case, see step 7.

  7   Depending on selected items, a disclaimer may appear; select I understand, copy.

Folder structures can't be copied from Prepare projects to Acquire projects or Diligence projects.

As mentioned above, elements can also be copied from Pipeline and Online Archive into other project types, however, Pipeline and Online Archive cannot receive copied elements. The elements that can be copied from Pipeline and Online Archive include:
