Can I get an index list from any specific time in the past?

Only the current index list can be exported. For historical index lists, download an index list periodically throughout your deal process to create snapshots. 

 

You can filter the index by upload date, which only shows current content. Filtering allows you to see what currently available content was uploaded during a certain time range.

 

Any documents that were recycled or deleted are not listed. 

 

To Filter:

  1. Go to the Documents tab > Index List.
  2. Select the funnel icon in the Date Available column.
  3. Select in range from the options.
  4. Either type beginning and ending dates or select from the calendar.
  5. Click Reset to remove the filter.
