Comfort letters can be requested for a downloadable archive that has been requested through the Diligence UI and not deleted. 

All downloadable archives are deleted 30 days after a project has been closed.

Contact us to request one. Send us the following information:
  • To whom the letter is to be addressed (name and address)
  • What project was the downloadable archive requested on, by whom and when (approximately)
