Pay My Bill+ is located within Datasite Assist®, which can be logged into by starting at global.datasite.com to gain access to the Datasite platform. 

After logging in, click Help in the upper right and select Support Portal to access Datasite Assist®. Pay My Bill+ is in the top navigation bar.

In Pay My Bill+, you can review and pay invoices, access account information, history, and forms.

The Pay My Bill+ link is located in the top navigation bar within Datasite Assist®. Select the link to display the following tabs:

• Payments Overview
• Account Information
• Month-To-Date
• History
• Forms

 

Payments Overview

 

This area provides a convenient space to view/pay open invoices and apply available credits. To make a payment and/or apply available credits:

 1  Via the line item check boxes, select any combination of invoices to pay and credits to apply (if available), or select the 'Balance Due' radio button to pay the full amount pending, minus available credits.

• To view an invoice/credit, select the associated button in the Invoice or Credit Notes columns
• Once selections are made, the 'Selected Balance' field updates accordingly

 2  Click Make Payment.

 3  Review the payment summary. If all is correct, click Make Payment.

 4  Select your payment method.

 5  Enter requested information. Asterisks denote required fields.

 6  Click Make Payment.

Also in the Payments Overview tab:

• Export information displayed on the screen into Excel or PDF formats
• More Options:
  • Partial Payment 
    1. Via the associated checkbox, select the invoice you'd like to make a partial payment toward.
    2. Select More Options > Partial Payment.
    3. Enter the desired payment amount in the 'Partial Payment Instructions' field.
    4. Click Next.
    5. Follow steps #3-6 above to complete partial payment.
  • Invoice Inquiry - If you have questions, use this option to open a service request
    1. Select More Options > Invoice Inquiry.
    2. In the 'Invoice Inquiry' window all pending invoices are selected by default. Deselect any invoices that do not pertain to your question(s).
    3. Enter your inquiry in the '...additional details' field.
    4. Click Submit Ticket. 
    5. Click Finish. A Datasite Assist® Expert will be in touch soon in response to your inquiry.
  • Request Refund - Select More Options > Request Refund. Your 'Billing Overview' tab must display a negative balance due to request a refund.

Note: Credit card payments are not available for Japan and Brazil. For Canada, the credit card must be either Visa or Mastercard.

Account Information

 

This tab displays:

• Billing company information
  • Select Update Information to edit; changes may take up to two business days to take effect
• Billing contacts
  • Select Update Contacts to add, edit, or delete existing billing contacts; changes may take up to two business days to take effect
• Projects - A list of all projects associated with the account

 

Month-To-Date

Use this tab to avoid surprises and view accumulating charges for the current month.
 

History

• View up to 24 months of history available for invoices, payments, and credit notes
• Use the calendar field to filter for specific time periods
• Export the screen view to Excel or PDF - date filters shown in the interface are maintained when exporting

A handy listing of tax forms relevant to your project and theater. Select and download in PDF format as desired.
